I offer evidence-based therapies to help clients process and heal after trauma, including changing negative core beliefs stemming from complex trauma. I will help you identify your triggers, negative core beliefs, and unhelpful coping skills that may be keeping you stuck in your trauma. I work with clients to develop a treatment plan and set treatment goals. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as mindfulness in treating trauma.
